My engineering journey began in Vijayawada, India, where I built my foundation in computer science. However, looking for bigger challenges and a broader perspective on technology, I moved to the United States in 2022. This transition wasn't just geographical; it was professional. It exposed me to high-scale distributed systems and the rigorous standards of enterprise software development.
Rapid Growth: Intern to Lead in 2 Years
At Paycom, my career trajectory has been defined by impact and ownership. I started as a Software Developer Intern and quickly proved my ability to tackle complex architectural challenges.
By consistently delivering high-quality code and taking responsibility for critical system components, I was promoted to Software Developer II and then Software Developer III within just two years. This rapid progression reflects my commitment to not just solving problems, but owning the outcome and driving technical excellence in high-pressure environments.
